RI NETWORK LINCOLN HOUSE

PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
The Lincoln House Program, located in Lincoln, Rhode Island, is one of eight programs that make up the NAFI/RI Network. Lincoln House serves adults with a history of chronic mental health issues. It is constructed of two enmeshed components - a residential group home, as well as an independent living program. The program provides intensive clinical services and assessment for each client. It may be determined that an individual would benefit from a long-term stay in the group home before transitioning to independent living, while others may be transitioned into an apartment directly. In any situation, program staff works diligently to enable each client to live a productive and fulfilling life while continuing to challenge themselves.
